In our house, which was completely renovated and modernised in 2013, we have created 2 comfortable holiday apartments for you. Enjoy the peace and quiet of a village setting while being centrally located in Rum.
Only 5 km from the centre of Innsbruck, you can easily reach numerous attractions and cultural events, such as the Bergisel Ski Jump, the historic old town, the panoramic views from the Hungerburg, the Tanzsommer or the Festival of Early Music.
Sports enthusiasts will find attractive destinations in the Innsbruck area all year round. Our holiday apartments are the ideal base for hiking, cycling tours, ski days, tobogganing excursions or any other sport you enjoy. We are happy to provide advice on great excursion destinations nearby.

- Inntal Motorway A12 – take exit Hall in Tirol / West
- Cross the Inn bridge
- At the roundabout, take the second exit
- At the junction with the B 171, turn left

Our two holiday apartments are lovingly furnished with attention to detail and provide everything you need for a wonderful stay. The spacious 45 m² and 50 m² apartments sleep 2–4 guests and come with free Wi-Fi, SAT flat-screen TVs, fully equipped kitchens, and cosy beds.
